ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you place an order through www.acosoundhearingaid.com, you will receive your confirmation number and order summary in 24 hours. It takes 1-3 days to dispatch the package after your order is being processed.

CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Before your order is prepared for shipping, you can change the shipping address, to change information or canceling order, please contact our online service support or email us at support@acosoundhearingaid.com in 12 hours. 

If the order has not been shipped/assigned a tracking number, you can update the shipping address via email. If your order has been shipped, please contact our manual service for more help. Please attention: Shipping Address must be changed/ edited via AcoSound website. If you edit via payment method platform, it doesn't work.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

The AcoSound store accepts PayPal.

Please contact us at support@acosoundhearingaid.com for help with payment issues. Please note that AcoSound does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

"COUPON CODE" 

You can apply coupons and bonus points to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click 'apply' before continue checkout, your order total will not reflect coupon and Bonus Point discount. 

NOTES:

Please make sure that you enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you to copy/paste the promotional code you received.

Coupons cannot be combined. You can only use one coupon code per order.

Coupons are subject to offer terms. This does exclude some items on our website which are not eligible for coupon discounts.
