They worked great until the plastic housing started to come apart. The first thing that breaks is the tiny latch, after that, the rest of the housing starts to disintegrate. I requested replacement under warranty because they are less than one year old, but so far I am being ignored. Until these problems are solved, I cannot recommend Acosound hearing aids.
